COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Cutler Hammer MST1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Edmund-Optics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Edmund-Optic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Cam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Edmund-Optics such as the 46091 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R500028329516093 manufactured by Edmund-Optic and we are pleased to be able to service most Edmund-Optic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS57511ADR by Manufacturer Electro-Cam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Echelon Brand SLTA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emcor such as C066 equipment made by Emcor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emcor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emcor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRG3U20P4 made by Ems,-Yaskawa as well as the popular QDP original spares produced by Edwards Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36C68327 by Emerson and C066 spares by Emcor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G643TASFS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electrocraft. |
